Matthew Cross

Matthew Cross currently serves as the IT Business Analyst Team Lead at RAYUS Radiology, a position held since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as IT Business Analyst/Project Manager at Center for Diagnostic Imaging, where responsibilities centered on business requirements analysis and software development collaboration. Previously, Matthew was a Product Owner in Digital Banking at TCF Bank, where software implementation for financial products was a key focus, and also worked as a Senior Technical Writer and Technical Writer/Editor in the financial and medical device industries, respectively. Matthew began a freelance career in writing and design before taking on various roles in copywriting and journalism, culminating in a B.A. in Journalism and Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota.
