Peggy Reimer

Peggy Reimer is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resources and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People and Culture Officer at RAYUS Radiology since June 2021, Peggy oversees HR initiatives for a multi-site diagnostic imaging provider. Prior to this role, Peggy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Midwest Dental and worked as a Project Management Consultant at RSM US, LLP, focusing on HR due diligence and integration planning. Peggy's earlier experience includes significant leadership roles at North Memorial Health, Northwest Airlines, Fingerhut, and Ernst & Young, where key responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, strategic partnerships, and compensation consulting. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, as well as a Mini-MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
