Nithya Sabanayagam Grande is an accomplished executive with a strong background in commercial strategy and growth leadership. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Growth Officer at Razor Group, Nithya has previously held significant roles including Senior Vice President of Growth and Head of Category at Perch, which was acquired by Razor Group. Nithya's experience extends to Bain & Company as an Associate Partner, The Parthenon Group as a Summer Principal, and Analysis Group as an Economic Consultant. Nithya holds a BS in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
