Marina Patzkin is a seasoned Payroll Accountant with extensive experience in managing employee compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Currently at Razor Labs since December 2021 and previously at CASTRO from April 2019 to December 2021, Marina has been responsible for issuing and processing payments for over 1,000 employees while providing consultation to both managers and staff. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist positions at IKEA Group and John Bryce, where Marina contributed to recruitment, employee retention, and onboarding processes. Marina's career began at Etgar Human Resources, focusing on payroll auditing and compliance, and also includes a brief role in behavioral diagnostics with Adam Milo. Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources and a certification in Senior Payroll Accountancy from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
