Dr. Iryna Makhlin Ph.d.

Dr. Iryna Makhlin, Ph.D., PMP has extensive experience in program and project management. Dr. Iryna currently serves as the Director of the Program Management Office at Razor Technology, where they have built the PMO from scratch and implemented effective processes, policies, and procedures. Their responsibilities include overseeing program and project management, team leadership, governance, monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls.

Prior to joining Razor Technology, Dr. Makhlin worked as an Executive Management Advisor at AlphaSights. Dr. Iryna has also held various roles at Surecomp, including General Manager for North America and Director of Delivery & Operations in North America. Their experience at Surecomp involved strategic planning, business program implementation, and ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget.

Before joining Surecomp, Dr. Makhlin worked at KPMG as an IT/SQA/PM professional. Dr. Iryna also served as the Director of QA/PM for DIRECTV OMS (Order Management System) at TRANZACT, where they managed new development, client production support, and established a high-effective SQA department. Dr. Iryna defined strategic direction for software quality assurance and implemented automation and deployment teams within the software engineering department.

Dr. Makhlin has also worked in senior roles at Perry Systems, Inc., ARGI, G2 Direct and Digital, PopularMedia, Inc., and Citrix, gaining experience in SQA management, project management, and leadership.
