Connor Metcalfe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Connor started their career as a Crew Member at McDonald's in January 2014 and worked there until June 2016. Connor then joined ITAS Global Ltd as a Network Engineer in June 2016 and served in that role until October 2019. Following that, they worked as an Information Technology Analyst at CloudCoCo Plc from October 2019 to March 2020. Connor then joined GBM Digital Technologies as a Senior IT Field Engineer in March 2020 and remained in that position until July 2023. Currently, they work at Razorblue Group as an Infrastructure Engineer, starting from July 2023.

In 2021, Connor obtained a MicroCredential in Cyber Security from The Open University.
From 2017 to 2019, Connor studied Business and Technology at Estio, earning a Level 4 degree in Network Engineering.
In 2016 and 2017, Connor attended Nowskills, where they pursued Business and Technology and obtained a Level 3 degree in IT Networking & Systems Support.
From 2014 to 2016, Connor studied various A-Level subjects at St John Rigby College.
Finally, from 2009 to 2014, Connor completed their secondary education at Lowton CofE High School, where they obtained GCSE qualifications in multiple subjects.
In addition to their formal education, Connor has obtained several certifications. These include Computer Hardware Basics from Cisco in May 2023, Jamf Certified Admin from Jamf in February 2022, CyberOps Associate from Cisco in June 2021, CompTIA Server+ Certification from CompTIA in October 2019, and various other certifications from institutions such as Amazon, Microsoft, Fortinet, and Estio Training.
