Divyanshu Agrawal has gained work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked at Teleperformance as a Customer Support Advisor, where they handled customer queries through calls and chats. Later in the same year, they joined Zensar Technologies as a Desktop Support Engineer, where they provided client support through direct calls, emails, and incident support. Divyanshu continued working at Zensar Technologies until 2020. Currently, Divyanshu is working at Razorblue Group as a Client Support Engineer, starting in 2023.

Divyanshu Agrawal pursued higher education at Teesside University from 2021 to 2023, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2017, they attended Shri Ram Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology.
