Kieran Dunn has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Kieran began their career at The Railway Institute as a Bar Staff for a couple of months. From there, Kieran joined Razorblue Group and held various positions, starting as a Client Support Engineer on the service desk, handling backups, and being the first point of contact for users. Kieran then moved on to become a Service Desk Supervisor, overseeing a large number of clients and providing timely assistance. Kieran further advanced their career as a Service Desk Manager, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service. Kieran later transitioned to the role of Escalations & Major Incident Manager, responsible for managing major incidents and addressing client feedback. Kieran's expertise also extends to the role of Onboarding Engineer, where they assessed and documented client infrastructure for handover to the Service Desk. Currently, they hold the position of Infrastructure Engineer - Implementation at Razorblue Group. Additionally, Kieran worked as a Team Leader on a temporary basis, providing support to one of the Service Desk teams and ensuring key performance indicators and targets were met.
Kieran Dunn's education history begins with their attendance at Longfield Academy Of Sport from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they studied Business Administration and Management in a general capacity. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2015, Kieran attended Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College, where they pursued Applied ICT as their field of study.
In addition to their educational background, Kieran has obtained multiple certifications. In May 2023, they completed various certifications from Mimecast, including "Mimecast Technical Presales: Email Security," "Email Security Cloud Gateway Level 1 - Warrior," "Email Security Cloud Gateway Level 2 - Gladiator," "Mimecast Awareness Training," "Mimecast Presales Foundation," "Mimecast Sales Foundation," and "Mimecast Technical Presales Specialist." Furthermore, in May 2023, Kieran completed the "Onboarding to Veeam Backup for M365" certification from Veeam Software, as well as "Onboarding to Veeam Data Platform" in March 2023.
