Amanda Ritz

Amanda Ritz has a diverse work experience. Amanda began their career in 2006 as a Manager at Pi Restaurant and Lounge, where they coordinated purchases, inventory analysis and control of all beverages. Amanda also recruited, interviewed, and hired new employees, and provided ongoing training in sales and customer service to staff. In 2010, they became the Membership Director at the National Association of Sales Professionals (NASP), where they developed training and recruitment programs for association members and designed training program communications for all program participants. Amanda also maintained member retention and site network activity through member engagement and support. In 2010, they also began working at Trusum Visions LLC as a Corporate Trainer, Advisor & Performance Coach, where they developed and implemented corporate training programs creating a 35% increase in patient conversion. Amanda also lowered employee turnover supporting revenue and organizational growth of over 54%. In 2014, they became the Solutions Center Coordinator at Red Book Connect, followed by the Sales Support & Culture Training Manager at Iviva Brasil. In 2015, they became the Client Success Implementation and Training Manager at InforcePRO software. In 2017, they joined Covr Financial Technologies as the Sales Support Manager, Product Implementation & Training Manager, and Customer Success Lead/Business Analyst. In 2020, they became the Operations Manager at InstantHandz, and then the Private Contractor at RazorMetrics. In 2021, they became the Partner Success Manager at RazorMetrics.

Amanda Ritz obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Communications from Western Michigan University between 2001 and 2005. Amanda also attended Schoolcraft College between 2006 and 2009, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In addition, they were certified in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts between 2002 and 2004. Finally, they obtained a Certified Professional, Life and Health Insurance Program (CPLHI) from ExamFX in January 2019.
