Kashif Dastgir

Kashif Dastgir has extensive experience in engineering and software development roles. Kashif is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at RazorMetrics. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Engineering at Airlift Technologies, where they led a team of 80+ engineers in building and scaling up the first quick commerce platform in Pakistan. At Oracle, Kashif held the position of Director of Software Development, leading a group of 50+ engineers and managers responsible for compute foundation services for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Before that, they were a Principal Software Engineering Lead at Microsoft, where they played a key role in building the inference, machine learning, and experimentation platform for Exchange server, and also led a team working on the design and implementation of the Focused Inbox feature in Office365. Kashif's work experience also includes roles as a Software Test Lead and Software Engineer at Microsoft, a Software Consultant at Emirates, and a Software Development Manager at ESP Global IT Systems. Kashif began their career as a Senior System Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and worked as an Analyst Programmer at Systems Limited. Kashif started their professional journey as a Software Intern at Techlogix. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions.

Kashif Dastgir pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Kashif attended the university from 1995 to 1997 to complete their undergraduate studies in this field.
