Dayanand Malekar

Dayanand Malekar is an experienced professional in business operations and digital lending, currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Operations for Neo Banking at Razorpay since May 2024. Prior to this, Dayanand held a similar position as Associate Director and Head of Digital Lending Operations at Groww from May 2022 to May 2024. Experience also includes working as Sr. Manager and Head of BCP Center for Retail Liability and Asset Operations at ESAF Small Finance Bank from May 2018 to May 2022, and a managerial role at Kotak Mahindra Bank focused on debit card processing from August 2011 to May 2018. Dayanand began a career in customer service at Scope International, progressing from Customer Service Executive to Team Lead from June 2006 to July 2011.
