Rakshika Aphale

Rakshika Aphale has a diverse professional background with experience in enterprise partnerships, community building, and product development across multiple sectors. Currently, at Razorpay as part of the Enterprise Partnerships team, Rakshika designs loyalty programs for major financial institutions. Previous roles include scaling the Outcomes vertical for GrowthX®, implementing experiential learning modules at Pratham Education Foundation, and architecting community and marketplace strategies at Amrutam.co.in, where significant contributions resulted in substantial revenue generation and customer retention. Additionally, Rakshika has experience in international business development, legal research, and journalism, complemented by a Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University and a BBA.LL.B.(Hons.) from Amity University.
