Vivek Sridhar

Vivek Sridhar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, enterprise solutions, and learning delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Solutions and Customer Experience at Razorpay since March 2020, Vivek leads a dynamic team responsible for various functions including enterprise product solutions, pre-sales, and customer learning and development. Prior to this role, Vivek held the position of Vice President for Customer Experience and Learning Delivery at Simplilearn, where responsibilities included managing teams, enhancing customer success, and developing digital learning solutions. Additional experience spans leadership roles at Mphasis, Aegis Limited, IBM, iGATE Global Solutions, and HCL BPO, with a strong focus on operational excellence, business development, and P&L management.
