Alejandro Cruz

Alejandro Cruz is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Application Administrator and System Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton since February 2022. Responsibilities include providing tier 3 support for Veterans Affairs Systems, collaborating with various departments to resolve system issues, and assisting in the decommissioning of legacy systems. Alejandro also played a key role in developing new solutions and maintaining database integrity. Previously, Alejandro worked as a Service Desk Analyst at CAI and as a Junior Developer at Compass Mortgage, where responsibilities included creating and maintaining code for mortgage processing and enhancing user experience.
