Riyaz Basha

Riyaz Basha is an experienced IT professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Riyaz began their career in 2003 as a System Administrator at Datascribe Infotech Pvt Ltd. In 2004, they moved to TEXTILE SOURCING AND SERVICES PVT LTD (Orchid Consultancy Services) as an Assistant Manager IT, where they were responsible for system-wise documentation and management of enterprise-wide backup and disaster recovery procedures, as well as providing end to end system and network support. In 2016, they joined MND GENERAL TRADING LLC -DUBAI {SAGAWORLD} as an Information Technology Specialist, where they were tasked with installation and troubleshooting of windows OS WinXP, WIN7, WINS8, WIN10, LINUX, Mac, CCTV Video Surveillance, Bio metric /Fingerprint & Access Control, managing Windows, Citrix server, Linux server, firewall and VPN, remote support to Thailand office and all location in UAE, barcode generation for price tags, hosting control panel management, configuring and maintaining Outlook express, Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 Mac Mail and Mobile Devices, and handling Social Media Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter. In 2021, they were hired as a Business Development Manager at RazrCorp - New Age Tech Specialists, and in 2022 they were promoted to IT Manager at Hotspot Food and Beverages Private Limited.

Riyaz Basha holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Manipur University. Riyaz also holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco, obtained in June 2016. Additionally, they hold certifications from Microsoft, including CCNA, MCP, MCSA, and MCSE.
