Matthew Rayson

Matthew Rayson has extensive experience in student recruitment and outreach, currently serving as the Student Recruitment Engagement Manager at the University of Cumbria since April 2012, where responsibilities include delivering recruitment initiatives for Pre & Post 16 students across West Cumbria. Prior roles include Student Recruitment & Outreach Officer, Widening Participation Access Graduate Intern, and Owner, Principal and Franchisee at Razzamataz Theatre Schools West Cumbria. Matthew has also contributed as a Local Advisory Board Member at William Howard School and served in various roles within Razzamataz Theatre Schools Carlisle and the Higher Education Liaison Officers Association. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama Performance and Technical Theatre from the University of Cumbria.
