Kristine Ouellette, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Human Resources Manager at Flynn Group since February 2021, Kristine has honed skills in developing recruiting plans, tracking staffing results, and creating training programs for a 94 unit region.
