Zin M. Aung

Zin M. Aung is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at RB American Group since January 2021, Zin has held significant roles at several prominent companies. Previous positions include Area Director and Patrao at Nando's PERi-PERi USA from June 2014 to January 2021, and Team Director and District Manager at Roti Modern Mediterranean from April 2012 to May 2014. Zin's career began at Dean & Deluca, where roles included General Manager and Assistant Manager over a decade-long tenure. Additional experience includes Group Manager and General Manager positions at Pret A Manger from June 2007 to May 2012.
