Jeff Bachman

Jeff Bachman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff began their career as a Web Developer in various Fraser Valley-based startups. Jeff then worked at BC Hydro as a Power Smart Team Lead before joining Stream Global Services as an Associate Trainer for Hewlett Packard. Jeff also served as a Teaching Assistant at Simon Fraser University.

In 2009, Jeff joined Ritchie Bros., where they held positions as Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager. Jeff managed global marketing programs and contributed to enterprise-wide projects. Jeff then joined BCLC as a Business Development Manager and later as a Partner Solutions Manager. In these roles, they focused on marketing and business relationships with service providers and led transformation projects.

In 2016, Jeff returned to Ritchie Bros. as a Marketing & Product Strategy Manager for their Financial Services division. Jeff was responsible for global marketing, analytics, and customer experience. Jeff later became the Director of Business Development and Improvement, overseeing marketing, analytics, and project management. In their most recent role with Ritchie Bros. Financial Services, Jeff served as the Director of Information, managing product, data analytics, project management, and IT operations.

In 2023, Jeff joined RB Global Inc. as the Director of Product Management. Jeff was recruited by the Chief Digital Officer and is responsible for technology product management across various businesses and marketplaces of the parent enterprise.

Jeff Bachman received their BBA degree in Marketing and International Business from Simon Fraser University from 2006 to 2008.
