Mike Kennedy

Mike Kennedy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketplace operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Customer Experience and Value Added Services Manager at RB Global Inc. since October 2025, Mike focuses on enhancing buyer experiences and scaling end-to-end services. Prior to this role, Mike contributed significantly to Boom & Bucket from November 2021 to October 2025, where Mike was instrumental in establishing marketplace operations, leading to the company’s acquisition by RB Global. Mike's career also includes valuable experience as a Senior Insurance Advisor at REX and multifamily closing assistant at Berkeley Point Capital LLC.
