Olivier Duclos is a seasoned project control manager with extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure and transportation projects. Currently serving as a Project Control Manager at RB Rail AS for the Rail Baltica initiative, Olivier previously held significant roles at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, KPMG, and Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities included project controls for major metro lines, scheduling and risk advisory for the UK Ministry of Defence, and leading program controls for a substantial transportation program in Gabon. Olivier's technical background in electrical and electronics engineering, coupled with a master's degree from Université Paris-Saclay, underpins a career marked by successful project management and implementation of advanced planning and risk management processes.
