Agnieszka Jaworska

Agnieszka Jaworska has over 15 years of experience in various HR leadership roles at Reckitt, starting as HR Project Leader and advancing to VP HR North America for Health and Hygiene. Key positions held include Global Talent Director for Health, Regional HR Director for Poland and Eastern Europe, and Head of HR for Poland and Baltic countries. Jaworska also managed the Talent & Organization Development team at Reckitt's largest factory and contributed as a Soft Skills Trainer at the Institute of Psychoeducation from 2005 to 2007. Agnieszka holds an MA in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Warsaw School of Advanced Social Psychology.
