Deepak Bhopatkar

Deepak Bhopatkar has extensive experience in product development and research within the food science sector, holding key positions at Reckitt from September 2012 to September 2019, including roles as Product Development Manager (Global), Principal Product Development Scientist (North America), and Senior Product Development Scientist (North America). Prior to this, Deepak served as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate and Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University, focusing on the self-assembly of nanoscale complexes and their applications in controlled delivery systems. Additional experience includes working as a Research Associate at the Asian Institute of Technology on fish protein hydrolyzation and as an R&D Executive at Marine Resources and Development Co. Ltd, where development of seasoning sauces was emphasized. Deepak holds a PhD in Food Science from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Food and Bioprocess Technology from the Asian Institute of Technology.
