Joy Shivo is a Chemical and Process Engineer with extensive experience in process engineering, energy auditing, and supply chain management. They have held various roles, including Senior Supply Chain Project Manager at Reckitt and Production Manager at British American Tobacco, where they significantly improved efficiency and safety standards. Joy has also worked as a Process Engineer at Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited and Athi River Mining Ltd. They earned a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical and Process Engineering from Moi University and are currently pursuing multiple Master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi. Additionally, Joy is a TechWomen Alumni.
