Karandeep Singh Duggal is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business management within the FMCG sector. Currently serving as the Region Head for Central India at Reckitt since May 2025, Karandeep oversees business delivery across multiple channels including GT, MT, Ecom, and CnC in four states. Prior to this role, Karandeep was the Consumer Cluster Head at Unilever, managing a significant business size of 600 million USD and leading a large team across multiple states. Karandeep’s career also includes various key positions at GSK, where responsibilities ranged from managing high-stakes portfolios in Family Nutrition to achieving growth and innovation in the Foods segment.
