Lucia Albuquerque has over 18 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and innovation leadership. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Director at Reckitt since May 2015, Lucia leads the global Pest Control innovation pipeline and manages the entire innovation lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. Prior to Reckitt, Lucia held various marketing roles at Nestlé, where significant achievements included launching the NESTLÉ GREGO brand in Brazil's Greek Yogurt category. Earlier experience includes positions at The Hershey Company and Amcham Brasil. Lucia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
