Richard Jopson

Richard Jopson is currently the Head of QMS at Reckitt, where they focus on developing global processes and systems, particularly within Product Lifecycle Management using the Infor Optiva solution. They demonstrate a passion for process improvement and team empowerment, collaborating cross-functionally to drive key business developments. Previously, Richard held various roles within Reckitt Benckiser, including Global QMS Senior Manager and PLM Design Lead, and gained experience in software testing and quality systems early in their career at Simutec Systems. Richard earned a BSc in Computer Science with Business Information Engineering from the University of Hull.
