Patrick McNicholas, DBIA, CHC, is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in estimation and project management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator at RBA Builders, Inc. since September 2020, Patrick previously held roles such as Senior Estimator and Construction Estimator & Project Manager at MCW Construction from April 2019 to August 2020. Earlier, Patrick was an Assistant Project Manager at Alterra Mountain Company and worked as a Construction Estimator at Ramland Construction and Stronghold Engineering, Inc., building a robust foundation of expertise in the construction industry since 2008.
