Isam Ghandour is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Isam started their career by obtaining an undergraduate degree in architecture and later earned a Masters in Civil Engineering/Construction Management. Isam has worked as a Chief Estimator, Partner, CPE at Willmeng Construction, Inc. since August 2011. In this role, they have managed the estimation and execution of various construction projects, including ground-up new construction, office, industrial, retail, medical, telecommunications, and tenant improvement. Prior to their current role, Isam worked as a Sr. Project Manager and Operations Manager at Willmeng Construction, Inc. from January 2002 to August 2011. Isam was responsible for coordinating construction activities, scheduling field activities, assigning project superintendents, and organizing meetings with estimators and subcontractors. Before joining Willmeng Construction, Inc., Isam worked at Mardian Contractors, Inc. as a Project Engineer and Project Manager from July 1997 to November 2001. In this role, they managed multiple remodel and Tenant Improvement projects for clients such as AT&T, AT&T Wireless, FedEx, YMCA, and Siemens/Intel. Isam has always been dedicated to building and has continuously developed their expertise in the construction industry throughout their career.

Isam began their education at the University of Khartoum in 1988 and completed it in 1993. Isam earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Architecture Engineering from this institution.

Afterward, they attended Bradley University from 1995 to 1997 and obtained a Master's degree (MS) in Civil Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Isam Ghandour also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) from the American Society of Professional Estimators, which they obtained in August 2016; Willmeng Qualifying Party of Nevada State Contractors Board, obtained in February 2010; Willmeng Qualifying Party of Contractors State License Board of California, obtained in January 2009; Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) from the American Institute of Constructors (AIC), obtained in March 2007; Certified Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) from The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), obtained in March 2006; and Willmeng Qualifying Party of Arizona Registrar of Contractors, obtained in January 2006.
