Lily Guo

Lily Guo has a strong background in various roles within the banking and business industries. In their most recent position as VP, Administrative Officer at Royal Business Bank, they were responsible for overseeing safety, sales, and operational goals for Chicago branches. Additionally, they managed talent acquisition and development, as well as budget and expense management. Prior to this, Lily worked at Pacific Global Bank as AVP, Project Management / Audit Officer, where they led multiple enterprise-wide projects and acted as a liaison for regulatory agencies. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Project Manager / Sales Administrator at KI Industries, a Sourcing and Inventory Specialist at IBCC Industries, Inc., and a Senior Buyer at BAOSTEEL International Economic and Trading Corporation, Ltd. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in project management, customer service, and vendor sourcing.

Lily Guo obtained a Master's degree in Business, specializing in MBA, from the University of Illinois Chicago. Lily completed their studies from 2002 to 2004. Later, in 2012, they pursued Continuing and Professional Education in Project Management from DePaul University. Prior to that, Guo earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Renmin University of China, where they attended from 1993 to 1997.
