Ama Konadu has extensive experience in project management and analysis within the financial sector, currently serving as a PMO Analyst at RBC BlueBay Asset Management since April 2023. Prior to this position, Ama worked as a Project Analyst at Santander UK from October 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included roles as a Retail and Business Banking Graduate, Junior Project Manager, and Deputy Product Owner. Before joining Santander UK, Ama held various roles such as Graduate Onboarding Coordinator at Deutsche Bank and Graduate Recruitment Coordinator at Sopra Steria, as well as customer service and recruitment positions.
