Danielle McKeirnan

Danielle McKeirnan is a skilled professional in talent program management, currently serving as the Manager of AI Innovation Programs at RBC Borealis since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Shopify, where Danielle progressed from Early Talent Recruiter to Senior Program Manager for Early Talent Programs, in addition to managing the RnD Intern Program. At BC Tech, Danielle held the position of Manager for Talent Programs. Earlier career experience at Carleton University involved coordinating student activities and engagement, overseeing the Fall Orientation program, and managing the Alternative Spring Break program. Danielle holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same discipline from both Carleton University and Lancaster University.
