Mengyao Zhai

Mengyao Zhai is a Senior Machine Learning Researcher at Borealis AI since September 2021, following a prior role as a Machine Learning Researcher Intern at the same company from October 2018 to May 2019. Previous experience includes a Research Intern position at Snap Inc. from May 2018 to August 2018 and a Mitacs Intern role at Sportlogiq during the summer of 2015. Mengyao Zhai holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, completed in September 2021, and a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the same institution, earned between 2013 and 2015.
