Harrison Mills

Harrison Mills serves as the Director of Market Risk at RBC Capital Markets since July 2022, overseeing Market Risk for various credit business lines, including Leveraged Loans and CLOs. Previously, Mills was the Senior Vice President of Capital Planning at Citi from October 2021 to July 2022, leading the Basel IV RWA implementation for Market Risk and CVA in North America. Mills also held the position of Associate Director of Market Risk at RBC Capital Markets from June 2014 to October 2021, focusing on Global Rates and a variety of derivatives. Earlier roles included teaching assistance in Chemistry and Physics at Bucknell University, where Mills also served as a research intern and tutor. Mills holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Bucknell University, obtained in 2014.
