Keith Chan

Keith Chan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and real estate. Currently serving as Vice President in the Global Investment Banking - Real Estate Group at RBC Capital Markets since July 2023, Keith previously held the position of Director of Investments at Nicola Institutional Realty Advisors from May 2013 to July 2023, where responsibilities included buyside deal origination and acquisitions across major markets in Canada and the US. Earlier in their career, Keith was a Senior Associate at KPMG Canada, specializing in building, construction, and real estate from January 2008 to April 2013. Keith holds a Master of Accounting with a focus on Taxation and an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Finance, both from the University of Waterloo.
