Matthew Otte serves as the Director and Managing Counsel at RBC Capital Markets since November 2021 and has been a Board Member of GiGi's Playhouse - NYC since August 2021, contributing to a community center focused on individuals with Down syndrome. Previous roles include Assistant General Counsel & Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Vice President in the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs, among others. Matthew possesses extensive experience in negotiating legal documentation, compliance support, and project management within financial institutions. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, a Master's in International Business from Providence College Graduate School, and a Bachelor's in Management from Providence College.
