Nikki Foraker

Nikki Foraker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and securitization. Currently serving as Vice President at RBC Capital Markets since April 2006, Nikki is involved in the daily management of a Multi-Seller Conduit, third-party derivative fund, and various CLO Warehouse facilities, while also fulfilling the role of Treasurer for several RBC subsidiaries in Delaware. Prior to this, Nikki spent 13 years at MBNA as a Senior Officer, where responsibilities included acting as a transaction analyst in Treasury and facilitating over 50 credit card securitization transactions exceeding $30 billion in funding. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College, completed in 1996.
