Sarah McCarthy

Sarah McCarthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Director and Lead Frontend Developer at RBC Capital Markets since July 2019, Sarah has previously held roles as a Software Developer and an ASIC Digital Design Engineer at Synopsys Inc, focusing on DDR Controller IP, and as a Graduate Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, specializing in RTL design for IoT and wearables. Prior roles include an Assistant position at Stratis Consulting Limited, where Sarah handled various tasks, and Sales Assistant roles at both Brown Thomas and Fields Jewellers. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin, completed in 2016, and graduated from Mount Anville Secondary School in 2012.
