Yousef Abbasi

Yousef Abbasi is an experienced data scientist currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at RBC Capital Markets since May 2023, focusing on leveraging alternative data and cloud computing to develop deep learning-powered financial strategies and multi-agent trading frameworks. Prior to this role, Yousef led data initiatives at Oxford Properties Group, enhancing asset management through AI solutions, and at Sun Life Financial, where Yousef developed customer churn models and recommendation systems. Earlier experience includes data science roles at Skymatics, Aegion Corporation, and Baker Hughes, where Yousef contributed to predictive modeling and data analysis for various sectors.
