Deborah Howitt (Debbie)

Deborah (Debbie) Howitt is an experienced Remanufacturing Technician at RBC Group since September 2020, with a strong background in education and electronics. Previously, at Leicestershire County Council from April 2003 to September 2020, Deborah worked as a Teaching Assistant in both mainstream and special schools, supporting children aged 2 to 19 with special educational needs. Earlier, Deborah served as an Electronic Engineer for the MOD Army between August 1981 and January 1991, completing a four-year apprenticeship with the REME and acquiring ten years of experience in diagnostic fault finding, repair, and maintenance of equipment. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Birmingham, an NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Learning Development from Rutland College, and further education at University College Northampton, Melton Mowbray College, and Loughborough Technical College from 1981 to 1985.
