Cindy L. Schreiner

Cindy L. Schreiner is an accomplished executive in the financial services industry with extensive experience in wealth management operations. Currently serving as an Executive Committee Member and Head of Operational Transformation & Key Strategic Partner Relationships at RBC Wealth Management since March 2018, Cindy also holds the position of Managing Director, Head of RBC US Wealth Management Operations. Prior to this role, Cindy founded and served as CEO of CLSchreiner Consulting from January 2015 to January 2020, providing management and advisory services. Cindy's previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where leadership was provided for the Wealth Management Global Division's Product Group Services Operations from March 2008 to January 2015, and as a Senior Manager at BearingPoint, leading the Wealth and Investment Management Practice Program from February 2005 to March 2008. Additionally, Cindy held the role of Managing Principal at Capco, focusing on operational solutions for wealth management and institutional financial services from March 2001 to March 2005. Cindy graduated from Indiana State University.
