Steve Oakes

Steve Oakes has a long tenure at Renishaw, starting in September 1987 and progressing to the role of Director of the Position Measurement Group, specializing in optical, magnetic, and laser position feedback and calibration systems. Throughout their career at Renishaw, Steve Oakes has held various leadership positions, including Director & General Manager of the Encoder Products Division and General Manager of PulseTeq, a subsidiary of Renishaw. Additionally, Steve Oakes currently serves as the Director of RLS Merilna tehnika d. o. o., an associate company of Renishaw. Educational credentials include a BEng & BCom in Production Engineering, Economics, and French from the University of Birmingham, complemented by secondary education at Coventry School - King Henry VIII.
