Jeremy Schmidt, CFP®, RICP®, AWMA® is a seasoned professional in organizational change management with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Organizational Change Management at RBC Wealth Management since February 2020, Jeremy has previously held significant roles at Thrivent from 2006 to 2019, including Change Management Leader where a successful change management strategy resulted in a 110% increase in Agile product teams. Jeremy has expertise in various methodologies such as ADKAR, Scrum@Scale, and SAFe, and has developed impactful business development programs and training initiatives throughout a career that began at Primerica Financial Services in 2002.
