Karim El-Boustani

Karim El-Boustani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and process excellence across multiple sectors. Currently, Karim serves as Senior Director and Head of Process Excellence for Global Operations at RBC Wealth Management, a role held since October 2021. Prior to this, Karim held various leadership positions at IBM from 2017 to 2021, focusing on digital transformation within financial services. Karim's earlier tenure at Societe Generale from 2007 to 2016 included roles such as Global Head of Operations Strategy and Transformation, where significant revenue enhancement initiatives were implemented. As the Managing Partner and Founder of IETServices from 2001 to 2007, Karim developed advanced methodologies for IT-driven business transformations. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at GE, contributing to substantial revenue-generating e-business initiatives. Karim holds a Master of Applied Science in Management of Technology & Innovation from the University of Waterloo and an Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering from Centrale Nantes.
