Michelle Johnson possesses extensive experience in software quality engineering, currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Engineering Analyst at RBC Wealth Management since January 2018. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions, starting in June 2007 as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer and later advancing to Lead Software Quality Control Engineer. Michelle's career began at Plato Learning, where responsibilities included Senior Test Analyst Lead, Test Lead, and Software Tester from June 1996 to June 2007. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University and an Accounting Degree from St Cloud Technical and Community College.
