Tobias Hyldmo

Tobias Hyldmo has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Tobias is currently working as an Investment Stewardship Analyst at Norges Bank Investment Management. In their previous role as a Business Developer at Torghatten ASA, they led an initiative to make the cafeterias on all vessels more data-driven, resulting in significant time savings and improved business decision-making processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and as an Insights & Data intern at Capgemini, where they built a data pipeline and developed a dashboard for live insights. Tobias also had a role as Studentforum 2021-22 at SpareBank 1 SMN, where they received training and mentorship in solving case studies and gained insight into the financial industry. Additionally, Tobias has mentoring experience as a Mentor in mathematics and science at ENT3R Trondheim, where they taught classes to younger students to encourage their interest in engineering and science. Tobias also served as an Authorized Referee, Coach, and Instructor for football at the senior level for their regional FA and was involved in various refereeing activities. In earlier roles, they worked as a Technology Intern at Norges Bank Investment Management, focusing on big data, NLP, and machine learning, and as an Engineer in geodata at Trøndelag fylkeskommune. Overall, Tobias has demonstrated strong skills in data analysis, business development, research, mentoring, and teamwork throughout their work experience.

Tobias Hyldmo completed their education history as follows:

From 2018 to 2023, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.

In 2021, Tobias also had the opportunity to study at DTU - Technical University of Denmark as part of an exchange program. Here, they continued their Master of Science (MSc) studies in Industrial Economics and Technology Management.

Prior to their university studies, from 2016 to 2017, Tobias attended Valdres folkehøgskole, a folk high school, where they focused on X-Sports in New Zealand.

Before that, from 2013 to 2016, Tobias earned their High School Diploma in Mathematics and Natural Sciences from Kristen Videregående Skole Trøndelag (KVT).

In addition to their formal education, Tobias has also obtained various certifications. In 2022, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals through Microsoft. In 2021, they participated in the AWS Data Lab and obtained the corresponding certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Also in 2021, Tobias obtained an OLS language assessment in English: C1 from Erasmus+.
