Nancy Searle

Nancy Searle is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Credit for Wealth Management at RBC Wealth Management since June 2020. Previously, Nancy held the position of Managing Director for Counterparty Credit Risk at RBC from September 2017 to June 2020, overseeing operations in EMEA and APAC. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Global Credit at RBC Capital Markets and Vice President of Credit Risk Management at Credit Suisse. Nancy began a career in credit analysis at UBS, following roles in banking sector oversight at the Financial Services Authority. Nancy holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Finance from Birkbeck, University of London, and a degree from Fairfield University.
