Shannon Grosso is an experienced financial services professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of Branch Operations at RBC Wealth Management since February 2008. With a comprehensive background in wealth management operations, Shannon has successfully led teams in delivering operational support for client account administration and complex estate situations. Previous roles include Senior Manager in Wealth Planning Strategic Initiatives and Global Client Experience Strategies, where Shannon focused on enhancing the client experience and developing technology strategies. Prior to RBC Wealth Management, Shannon worked at RBC Dominion Securities in various capacities, including Associate Program Manager of the Advisor Account Fee-Based Program and Branch Administrator. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Economics and Mass Communications from York University.
