Shareen Luze

Shareen Luze is an accomplished professional currently serving as Head of Business Administration and Senior Director of US WM Human Resources at RBC Wealth Management since July 2018. With extensive experience at RBC since May 2006, Shareen has also held the position of Head of Culture and Field Experience, and previously served as Director of Global Workplace Policy and US Employee Relations, as well as Associate General Counsel. Earlier career roles include an Associate position at Seaton, Beck, Peters from September 2003 to May 2006 and an Associate role at Moss & Barnett, PA from October 2000 to September 2003. Shareen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Michigan.
