Gregory Twogood

Gregory Twogood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and customer service. Currently serving as the Head of Global Service Revenue, Administration & Business Development at Cynosure, LLC since September 2013, Gregory has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Global Service Sales and Supervisor of Customer Accounts. Prior to this, Gregory owned and operated Continental Detail, a car detailing service that offered convenient pick-up and drop-off and mobile detailing options. Gregory holds a Master of Business Administration from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, complemented by a high school diploma from Lawrence Academy.
